Malcolm Biggins is a consultant at Biggins Lacy Shapiro & Company, where he advises on state reporting requirements related to physical risks from weather and other natural phenomena and provides site selection, incentives advisory, and clean energy strategy services to clients across the country. Prior work experience includes supporting data center site selection efforts for major technology clients, developing a location favorability analysis and national location strategy playbook, and contributing to the Micron semiconductor project in upstate New York. Malcolm specializes in federal and state incentives and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainability Management at Columbia University where he co-leads the Nuclear is Clean Energy Club.
