Princeton, NJ – Biggins Lacy Shapiro &Will Cox joins firm’s site selection and incentives team in Princeton, NJ Company, LLC (BLS & Co.) announced today that it has hired Will Cox as Senior Manager to serve the firm’s incentives and site selection teams.  Specialists in location economics, BLS & Co. provides site selection, incentives advisory, land use, energy and economic development services to clients across the country.

“With a wide array of experience across multiple industries, Cox provides our clients with a strong proficiency and strategic vision in site selection and the incentive capture process,” says Jay Biggins, executive managing director, BLS & Co. “He has become an immediate and valuable contributor to our team.”

Prior to joining BLS & Co., Cox managed and executed creative public sector incentives agreements on behalf of clients and companies in the aerospace, manufacturing and renewable energy sectors.

Most recently, he worked for advisory firms Hickey & Associates and Morton Street Consulting.  His decade-long career includes stints on Capitol Hill and the Department of Homeland Security and membership in the leadership development program at Lockheed Martin Corporation.

Cox received his undergraduate degree from Hobart College.
